ReillyScott Pty Ltd. in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to hunt new SME customers for HR, workplace safety and HR software solutions. This is a remote, field-based role covering Brisbane, with uncapped commissions and a clear path to top earnings.

You will build relationships with business owners, run your own diary, generate meetings, and close deals across HR services and software. A hunter mindset and proven face-to-face selling to SMEs are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of B2B new business sales with a hunter mindset.
• Experience selling face-to-face to small and medium business owners.
• Background in SaaS or related services is advantageous.

The impact you'll make

• Your meetings are face to face with business owners. You'll dig into how they run things, find the gaps and build a compelling case for change.
• Commission is uncapped, so what you earn is directly tied to the results you deliver.
• This is a pure new business role. You hunt, you win, and you move on to the next deal.
• It's consultative, not order taking. You'll lead with the best fit across five service pillars, from HR and WHS to HR software, and cross-sell from there.
• You'll generate your own meetings through networking, phone and door knocking, supplemented by appointments booked by an internal team.
• You'll run your own diary as a remote, field-based BDM covering Brisbane.

The experience you'll bring

• At least 2+ years of B2B new business sales with a true hunter mentality and a track record of closing.
• Experience selling face to face to small and medium business owners. Backgrounds in SaaS, commercial cleaning, washroom services or transport and logistics translate well, and an existing SME network is a big plus.
