Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Australia is seeking a Business Development professional to join our team full-time and take ownership of identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across our target markets in WA. You will conduct proactive outbound activity, qualify prospects, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business development or sales.
• Able to initiate conversations with senior decision-makers.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and outcomes focused.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel within WA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across allocated target markets.
• Conduct proactive outbound activity including cold calls, warm introductions, and in-person meetings.
• Qualify prospects to ensure strong commercial and strategic fit.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract execution.
• Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions.
• Represent the business professionally at industry events and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity, pipeline, and results.
