An opportunity now exists for a Business Development professional to join our Business Development team. We are looking for an energetic, proactive and collaborative individual to contribute to the growth trajectory of our national Energy & Resources practice group. This role contributes to the firm’s client retention, client development and new business development initiatives through driving activities such as:

  • Taking responsibility and ownership for the execution of practice group and client business development priorities, including taking the lead on agreed projects and initiatives
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of practice group and client plans
  • Client plan implementation and provision of business development advice Best practice tender and credential management
  • Research and communication of opportunities
  • Event management associated with specific client initiatives
  • This position will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, nominated practice groups and clients

Required skills and experience

  • Marketing degree or relevant business qualification.
  • Three years plus marketing experience, professional services an advantage.
  • Experience in drafting tenders is essential.
  • Strong proprietary attitude; customer focus and service attitude, demonstrated drive and initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, a continual improvement mindset
