Turbineers is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager who is hungry to win new business, open doors and play a meaningful role in our next stage of growth.
This role will have a strong focus on net-new business development, with responsibility for creating new opportunities, introducing Turbineers to new organisations and building a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
We are looking for someone who can identify where opportunities exist, engage the right decision-makers, create meaningful conversations and position Turbineers as a credible technology partner.
You will be responsible for creating, developing and progressing new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
This role is suited to a genuine hunter.
You are ambitious, commercially motivated and hungry to create new opportunities.
You naturally look for ways to get into organisations we are not already speaking with and enjoy building relationships where none previously existed.
You are comfortable identifying the organisations we should be targeting, finding the right people and turning early-stage conversations into qualified commercial opportunities.
You understand that activity alone is not the objective.
The goal is to turn activity into relationships, opportunities, pipeline and revenue.
At the same time, this is not simply an appointment-setting role.
The right person will be able to recognise a genuine opportunity, understand the customer’s business problem, qualify it properly, involve the right technical people and remain commercially engaged throughout the sales process.
