Supagas is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to grow our LPG and Industrial Gas business across Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs. This role thrives on building relationships, selling, and delivering exceptional customer service with a strong autonomous focus.

You will take ownership of the Toowoomba territory, manage lead follow-up, forecast sales, and collaborate with internal teams to maximise delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Self-motivated attitude with a proactive approach.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• High level of self-motivation and accountability.
• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical check.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new business opportunities, including face-to-face cold calling
• Grow LPG and Industrial Gas sales
• Take full ownership of the designated Toowoomba sales territory for LPG and Industrial Gases
• Identify market trends and provide monthly sales forecasts
• Follow up leads promptly and maintain detailed daily sales reporting
• Liaise with internal departments to maximise customer service and delivery outcomes

Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing our LPG and Industrial Gas business across Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in an autonomous role, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
