Enertia Talent seeks a Business Development Manager for Battery Energy Solutions across Australia. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, engage on project sites, and tailor battery or hybrid solutions to meet power requirements.
You will own the commercial journey from first conversation through proposal, negotiation and close, developing a robust pipeline and driving growth in the construction and agricultural sectors.
In this role you’ll be selling a solution that is changing the way major construction and agricultural projects think about temporary power, combining battery storage, hybrid technology and technical expertise to deliver smarter, more efficient alternatives to conventional power.
With strong demand for battery solutions and ambitious growth targets ahead, you’ll have the opportunity to build a market, open major accounts and play a genuine role in scaling the adoption of battery energy solutions across Australia.
You’ll be joining a well-backed, financially strong and growing business with the resources and support to invest in technology, people and long-term growth.
The business has strong technical and operational capability and is working across some of Australia's major construction projects, helping customers transition towards cleaner and more efficient power solutions. This is a business with big ambitions, strong market demand and the financial capability to support its growth plans.
You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, get onto project sites, understand power requirements and work with engineering and operations to develop the right battery or hybrid solution.
You’ll own the commercial journey from first conversation through to proposal, negotiation and close.
Your focus will include:
There are significant growth expectations attached to the role, with the business targeting substantial increases in battery deployments across Australia over the coming years.
We’re looking for someone who knows construction and power generation, knows how to sell and knows how to open doors.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience with battery storage, hybrid power, renewable energy, load analysis, energy modelling or power system design will be highly regarded.
This is a great time to join a business who have strong backing, the right product market fit and the ambition to succeed and if you'd like to be a part of it I'd love to hear from you.
