Overview

We are seeking an experienced Practice Development Manager to join our leadership team. This role works alongside the directors and Practice Manager, with a strong focus on strategic growth, systems improvement, and patient-centred business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for growth and service expansion.
• Review and improve clinical and business systems, processes, and KPIs.
• Drive initiatives in marketing, patient engagement, and referral growth.
• Monitor business performance and prepare detailed reports with insights.
• Build and maintain partnerships and professional networks.
• Support training, development, and staff engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with AHPRA, ADA, and healthcare standards.

About You

• Proven track record in business development and practice growth within the dental industry.
• Prior experience as a Business Manager or Senior Practice Manager in dentistry.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (e.g. Exact).
• Results-driven with the ability to deliver measurable improvements.
