Look Now Training (LNT) in Brisbane is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth of its training programs, forge strong employer and industry partnerships, and expand enrolments across funded and commercial opportunities.

You will own the full BD process from prospecting to onboarding, manage key accounts, and help shape growth strategies while delivering on revenue targets and sustainable relationships.

• Strong knowledge of Queensland training funding opportunities.

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities for LNT
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry bodies, employment service providers and community organisations
• Research and pursue new markets, partnerships and emerging workforce opportunities
• Generate training opportunities and drive enrolment growth
• Manage key accounts and maximise opportunities from existing client relationships
• Lead the full business development process from prospecting and engagement through to onboarding and CRM reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure relevant compliance requirements are completed within required timeframes
• Contribute to enrolment and revenue targets while supporting longer-term business growth strategies
• Leverage existing networks while actively developing new strategic partnerships
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant government-funded and commercial training opportunities
• Support recruitment into training programs and employment outcomes where relevant

LNT is now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive continued growth, strengthen industry partnerships and expand training opportunities.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of LNT’s training programs and identify new business opportunities across the training and employment sector.

This is an autonomous, results-focused role responsible for developing and converting new business opportunities, strengthening employer and industry partnerships, increasing enrolments and contributing to the ongoing growth of LNT.

You will build strong relationships with employers, employment services, industry and community stakeholders while identifying opportunities that align training solutions with workforce demand.

About You

You are a driven and results-focused Business Development professional who understands the training sector and enjoys building relationships that translate into genuine business and training opportunities.

You will bring:

• Proven business development experience within an RTO, training or related environment
• Demonstrated success achieving KPIs, sales targets, enrolment targets and/or revenue growth
• Strong understanding of the vocational education and training sector
• Knowledge of relevant Queensland training and funding opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• A consultative sales approach focused on building sustainable, long-term relationships
• Strong organisational skills with confidence using CRM and business systems
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to broader organisational objectives
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required
