Job summary

ParagonCare Complementary Medicine in Queensland is seeking a full-time Business Development role based from QLD, covering Brisbane North to Rockhampton. You will identify and foster new opportunities, build and maintain relationships with retail and pharmacy clients, and implement sales strategies to promote our broad brand portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a background in naturopathy/nutrition and 3+ years in related business development or retail, with strong communication and interpersonal

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Naturopathy, Nutrition or related field.
• 3 years' prior industry related business development, clinic, or retail experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively source and qualify new leads to drive sales growth.
• Achieve and exceed set KPIs.
• Understand customer needs and highlight the value of our products and services.
• Represent the company at industry events (may require after-hours or weekend attendance).

This full-time role is based in QLD with a territory covering Brisbane North to Rockhampton.
