Job summary

Shred-X in Western Australia is seeking a proactive Business Development & Branch Support professional to drive growth of our ED/ITAD services. This role blends new business development, customer growth and branch coordination, with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering great service.

You will identify opportunities, manage a portfolio of small-to-medium accounts, handle quotations and onboarding, and support the branch with administrative tasks to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Confident conducting outbound telephone conversations.
• Ability to identify customer needs and communicate service benefits clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working to activity, conversion and revenue targets.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of existing small-to-medium customer accounts.
• Build regular contact with customers through calls and emails.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, proposals and service agreements.
• Complete scheduled follow-up activity consistently and within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain a professional image and ensure all communications meet Shred-X standards.
