National Australia Bank (NAB) is seeking a Business Banking Manager in Osborne Park, Perth, to lead a diverse portfolio of business customers. You will work with a high-performing team focused on customer obsession, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

You will educate customers on growth options, assess risk and value of new business, identify referrals, and prepare customer lending proposals, while ensuring compliance and strong relationship management.

In the role of a Business Banking Manager, you will join the Business Banking team in Osborne Park, as we strengthen our focus on customer obsession and winning together.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.

You’ll bring to this role:

• Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
