Job summary

A2B Australia is recruiting a Business Analyst to shape future business processes, improve customer experiences and support transformational initiatives across the organisation. You will work within the B2C Operations team to understand how the business operates today and help define what it needs for tomorrow.

Collaborating with business leaders, subject matter experts and technology teams, you’ll analyse processes, document requirements, design future-state workflows and ensure solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in listed disciplines required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in business analysis.
• Experience analysing current-state processes and defining future-state solutions.
• Strong requirements elicitation, validation and documentation skills.
• Exposure to BA tools and process-mapping methodologies.
• Experience working with both business and IT teams on requirements.
• Desirable: IIBA CCBA or CBAP certification.

We're looking for a Business Analyst to help shape future business processes, improve customer experiences and support transformational initiatives across the organisation.

Join our B2C Operations team and play a key role in understanding how the business operates today while helping define what it needs for tomorrow. Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and technology teams, you'll analyse processes, uncover opportunities and help design solutions that deliver measurable value across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop a deep understanding of customer and business needs, identifying pain points, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Analyse and document current-state business processes and workflows to build a clear picture of how the business operates
• Gather, analyse, validate and document business requirements using appropriate business analysis techniques
• Translate requirements into clear specifications and acceptance criteria
• Develop future-state process designs and user journeys that support improved business outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to build alignment and consensus on proposed solutions
• Map requirements across multiple business units and interconnected process streams
• Model end-to-end processes and identify the impact of internal and external dependencies
• Support the development of operational reporting, business metrics, acceptance criteria and test plans
• Collaborate closely with Project Leads and Executive Sponsors to deliver agreed outcomes

About You

You’re a collaborative and analytical Business Analyst who enjoys understanding complex business problems, engaging stakeholders and turning insights into practical solutions.

You’ll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of two years’ experience in business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience analysing current-state processes and defining future-state solutions
• Strong capability in requirements elicitation, validation and documentation
• Exposure to business analysis tools, process mapping methodologies and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working across business and technology teams to define, document and gain agreement on requirements
• A recognised business analysis certification such as IIBA CCBA or CBAP (desirable)
