In this role you’ll gather requirements, map current and future processes, and work closely with business stakeholders, advisers and tech teams to deliver practical, value-driven solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes for members and advisers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the superannuation industry.
• Hands-on experience with superannuation advice processes.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and management skills.
• Experience developing business process maps, user stories, functional requirements and supporting solution design.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve end-to-end superannuation advice processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to enhance advice-related systems and digital capabilities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document and validate requirements and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with advice teams, business SMEs and vendors to support design, delivery and implementation.
• Identify pain points in advice operations and recommend improvements for better outcomes and member experiences.
