Job summary

IQ Group Australia is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with superannuation advice experience to join our Melbourne and Sydney teams. You will help deliver technology and business transformation initiatives across complex programs, enhancing advice processes and member experiences.

You’ll work with business SMEs, technology teams and external vendors to capture requirements, map processes and translate needs into practical solutions, supporting improvements across advice operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the superannuation industry.
• Hands-on experience with superannuation advice processes and related platforms.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and management skills.
• Experience mapping current and future-state processes and translating needs into solutions.
• Ability to work with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve end-to-end superannuation advice processes to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on advice-related system enhancements.
• Gather, document and validate requirements and translate them into actionable designs.
• Engage with stakeholders to map processes and support solution design and delivery.
• Identify pain points in advice operations and propose improvements for member experiences.
