Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Experience as a business analyst or data analytics professional.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Ability to interpret complex information and derive actionable insights.
• Effective planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office tools and programming languages (SAS, SQL, VBA, Excel).
• Interest in leveraging emerging technologies in a digital environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain regular and ad hoc reporting to support decisions and divisional strategy.
• Provide analysis to improve insurance processes, including claims performance and financial modelling.
• Manage workflow and stakeholder expectations regarding resources and deadlines.
• Adhere to actuarial and analytics standards for review, documentation and data governance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide strong customer service.
• Assist with team projects and participate in UAT and SME activities.
