Responsibilities

• Leading the analysis process through solution design, process mapping, functional specifications and testing.
• Ensuring alignment between business needs, technical solutions and delivery outcomes.
• Supporting change management by conducting impact assessments, planning communications, training and tracking adoption to ensure smooth technology rollouts.
