Job summary

Automic Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Transitions to support Listed Registry and ESP client transitions. The role, based in Sydney or Melbourne, sits at the intersection of client requirements, processes, and system delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You’ll work across the full transition lifecycle, gathering requirements, testing, and implementing solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment, collaborating across delivery teams with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains, processes, and systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation capabilities.
• Structured, analytical approach with exceptional attention to detail.
