Job summary

Load Master is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support technology solutions across construction and infrastructure projects. You will analyse business processes, identify requirements and help deliver systems that improve project delivery, efficiency, compliance and reporting.

You will work with project managers, engineers and commercial teams to gather requirements and map processes, driving digital transformation and continuous improvement of construction systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and solution design.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and contract management.
• Experience with construction management, ERP, asset management, and document management systems.
• Proficient in process mapping, systems integration and solution implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical and communication skills.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, operational stakeholders and technical specialists, you will analyse business processes, identify technology requirements and help deliver systems that improve project delivery, operational efficiency, compliance, reporting and decision-making. Key responsibilities

Work with project managers, engineers, commercial teams and corporate stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.

Review manual and spreadsheet-based construction processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.

Analyse workflows across project delivery, procurement, contract administration, document control, cost management and site operations.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.

Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, process maps and workflow designs.

Support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of construction management, ERP, document management, workforce management and reporting systems.

Design improved business processes and streamlined project workflows using appropriate modelling techniques.

Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, software developers and technical teams.

Develop and execute system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including defect identification and resolution.

Prepare user documentation, training materials and deliver user training.

About you

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.

At least 2 years' relevant experience as a Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and solution design.

A strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, contract management, project controls and site operations.

Experience with construction management, ERP, asset management, document management, scheduling or project collaboration systems.

Demonstrated experience in process mapping, systems integration and solution implementation.

Knowledge of Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

The ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions.
