Job summary

Load Master is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support technology solutions across construction and infrastructure projects. You will analyse business processes, identify requirements and help deliver systems that improve project delivery, efficiency, compliance and reporting.

You will work with project managers, engineers and commercial teams to gather requirements and map processes, driving digital transformation and continuous improvement of construction systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and solution design.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and contract management.
• Experience with construction management, ERP, asset management, and document management systems.
• Proficient in process mapping, systems integration and solution implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements with project teams.
• Review construction processes for opportunities in digital transformation.
• Analyse workflows across project delivery, procurement, contract administration, document control, cost management and site operations.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, process maps and workflows.
• Support implementation, configuration and optimisation of construction management, ERP, document management, workforce management and reporting systems.
• Design improved business processes and streamline project workflows using modelling techniques.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, software developers and technical teams.
• Develop and execute system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare user documentation and deliver training materials.
