Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our SURE sector team. You will bridge business and technology, drive requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, and successful solution delivery across a complex technology landscape.

You will engage with senior leaders, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and support change initiatives, process improvement, and agile delivery within energy and resources environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology delivery environments.
• Prior external consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining industries desirable.

You will play a critical role in bridging business and technology teams, driving requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, process improvement, and successful solution delivery across a complex technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, program sponsors, and executives.

Communications & Training

• Create targeted communication strategies and artefacts to support awareness and buy‑in.
• Partner with learning teams to design and deliver training and capability uplift programs.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation

Adoption, Measurement & Reinforcement

• Define and track change adoption metrics and success measures.
• Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Embed reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainable change post‑implementation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology delivery environments
• Prior external consulting experience strongly preferred
• Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks
• Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining industries desirable
• Experience working with large enterprise platforms and transformation programs
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Experience working across onshore and offshore delivery teams advantageous
