Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Perth team in the SURE sector, bridging business and technology to drive requirements, stakeholder alignment, and successful solution delivery across a complex landscape.

You will engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and support Agile delivery across energy, resources and utilities projects. This role is based in Perth, Western Australia, and offers a full-time work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology delivery environments.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Experience supporting Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, user story development, and prioritization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Assist with business case development, impact assessments, and change initiatives.
• Work with program and project leadership to ensure alignment across delivery streams.
