Bayside Health in Moorabbin is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the implementation of a common HRIS platform across Bayside Health, including SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, UKG Pro, and SAP Concur.
You will work with Care Groups, deliver workshops, map processes, and ensure data integrity, with responsibilities spanning requirements, design, testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.

Located within Bayside Workforce Systems project team, the Business Analyst will play a vital role in helping to deliver a suite of new tools including; SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, UKG Pro, SAP Concur and an HR archiving solution (tbd) as part of the standardisation of HRIS systems across Bayside Health.
The role includes developing an understanding of various systems used across the various individual health services that now make up Bayside Health and supporting the implementation of a common technology platform and technology stack.
