Vincents Chartered Accountants – Bondi NSW is seeking an Intermediate to Manager level Business Advisory Accountant on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid/remote options across Australia.

You’ll work with experienced advisors and a diverse client base, delivering accounting, taxation and advisory services while developing client relationships and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification, or actively working towards completion.
• Experience in business services, business advisory and/or tax within public practice.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation capability.
• Genuine interest in working with clients and understanding their businesses.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercial and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.

What you’ll bring

We’re interested in hearing from Intermediate Accountants, Senior Accountants, Supervisors and Managers with experience in Business Advisory, Business Services or Tax within public practice.

You’ll ideally have:

• A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or a related discipline
• CA or CPA qualification, or be actively working towards completion
• Experience in business services, business advisory and/or tax within public practice
• Strong technical accounting and taxation capability
• A genuine interest in working with clients and understanding their businesses
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused mindset
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work
