Vincents is a multi-disciplinary advisory firm seeking a Supervisor in our Business Advisory team. You will deliver high-quality work, nurture client relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business services and tax advisory within a public practice environment.
• CA or CPA qualified (or currently working towards it).
• Professional, client-focused, and invested in developing into a trusted business advisor.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and general-purpose reports for various entities and industries.
• Conduct tax research and handle general tax administration tasks, including GST, PAYG, BAS, and IAS preparation.
• Service a diverse client base, resolving issues and addressing individual client needs.
• Perform journal adjustments, reconciliations, and supporting work papers for clients' accounts.
• Use tools like Xero, MYOB, Excel, PowerPoint, Word to deliver accurate and insightful work.
• Contribute to financial modelling and forecasting (prior experience desirable).
• Stay ahead of industry changes through ongoing professional development.

What you'll do:
