Job summary

Novaskill is seeking an Administration Trainee for our Singleton office to support day-to-day operations, greet visitors, answer calls and manage mail. You will complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business and gain hands-on experience within a supportive team environment.

The role emphasises organisation, attention to detail and strong communication as you learn across tasks and projects, with ongoing mentoring and development opportunities.

We’re looking for a motivated, friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Trainee in Singleton.

What is the role?

As the first point of contact for our Singleton office, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for students, clients, visitors and the team.


You’ll be part of the day-to-day running of the office, providing administrative support and helping keep things organised and running smoothly. No two days will be exactly the same, giving you the opportunity to learn from a range of valuable business and administration skills while gaining hands-on workplace experience.


As part of the traineeship, you’ll complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business, combining formal learning with practical experience. You’ll receive ongoing training, mentoring and support from an experienced team to help you build your confidence, develop skills and take the first steps towards a rewarding career in administration and business.
