Job summary

Metropolitan Memorial Parks in Sydney is seeking a dedicated burials team member to uphold the highest standards of burial services at Macquarie Park Cemetery & Crematorium. This hands-on role involves digging, site preparation, and assisting funeral services as required.

You will work outdoors in varying climates, with a NSW driver's license and white card preferred. Training is provided, but safety, teamwork and clear communication with families and Funeral Directors are essential.

Qualifications

• Industry experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Proactive team player and strong teamwork.
• Ability to prioritise and complete tasks within set timeframes.
• Outdoor work in varying climates.
• Current NSW Driver’s license (manual vehicle driving capability).
• White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Truck license (LR, MR, or HR); Excavator and backhoe experience desirable.
• Understanding of Work Health & Safety legislation (essential).
