The role combines technical leadership with business development and project delivery across diverse building projects. You will mentor junior engineers, manage multiple projects, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders including architects, contractors and end users.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree required with design consultancy experience.
• Strong client engagement and project leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing project delivery with high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive business development and pursue new projects in the buildings sector.
• Develop HVAC engineering designs, heat load calculations, and equipment sizing.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers to foster excellence.

• Contribute to strategy and development of the mechanical team and culture.
