Job summary

Kapitol Group in Melbourne is seeking a Building Operations Systems Manager to own and evolve the systems, processes and methodologies that drive project success across the business. You will lead governance, continuous improvement, and embed new technologies to enhance how Kapitol delivers projects at scale.

You will partner with project teams to improve quality, consistency and outcomes while driving innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience improving operational or management systems.
Strong understanding of construction delivery and project governance.
Experience with document control, quality systems and continuous improvement frameworks.
A passion for innovation, technology and operational excellence.
The ability to influence stakeholders and drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve Kapitol's Building Operating System, methodologies, checklists and operational controls.
Lead our business-wide lessons learned and continuous improvement framework.
Review operational issues, identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
Drive governance of policies, procedures, templates and documentation.
Partner with project teams to improve quality, consistency and project outcomes.
Help embed new technologies, smarter processes and innovative ways of working across the business.
