As a Temporary Relief Building Manager, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate contractors, conduct inspections, handle work orders, and support WHS initiatives across multiple sites.

We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Building Managers to join our temporary relief team, supporting a portfolio of sites across the Sydney metropolitan area. As a Temporary Relief Building Manager, you'll step into key operational roles across various sites, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of each property. You'll work closely with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain high standards of building presentation, compliance, safety, and customer service. No two days are the same, offering exposure to diverse environments and the opportunity to develop your experience across multiple assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and maintenance activities


• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers


• Conduct building inspections and ensure compliance requirements are met


• Manage work orders and respond to tenant requests promptly


• Monitor building systems and report on performance issues


• Support WHS initiatives and maintain a safe working environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Building Manager, Facilities Manager, Assistant Facilities Manager, or similar


• Strong knowledge of building operations and facilities management


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach


• Sound understanding of WHS and contractor management processes


• The ability to quickly adapt to new sites and environments


• Relevant qualifications or certifications highly regarded
