Job summary

Scotford Fennessy is seeking a Structural Designer/Drafter to join their CBD team in Sydney. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering both 2D and 3D designs from concept through to construction using Revit, while supporting and mentoring junior staff on technical tasks.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Engineering from TAFE, 4+ years as a Structural Drafter, and strong Revit proficiency for medium to large scale building projects.

Responsibilities

• Tier one international multi-discipline engineering consultancy
• Large-scale multi-discipline projects - healthcare and data centre infrastructure, commercial, educational, retail, apartments
• Looking for a problem solver, who can think ‘bigger picture’ and participate in design, delivery and coordination across engineering disciplines and with the wider project team.
• Coordination and delivery of 2D & 3D designs from concept to detailed design and construction, including developing and assisting less experienced designers in all technical areas

• Located in CBD, permanent full-time role.
