Job summary

St George Community Housing is seeking a Building Compliance and Essential Services Administrative Officer to support building compliance, fire safety, and essential services programs in Sydney CBD. You will coordinate inspections, contractor activity, and compliance records under the guidance of the Compliance and Fire Safety Manager.

Qualifications

Proven experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
High level of accuracy, organisation and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and record-keeping systems.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to building compliance, fire safety and essential services programs.
Coordinate contractor work orders, bookings, service reports and invoice processing.
Liaise with customers regarding property access, inspections and maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and system updates.
Prepare reports, correspondence and data to support compliance monitoring.
Build positive relationships with contractors and customers to achieve service outcomes.
