Job summary

Qualifications

HVAC fundamentals and systems knowledge desirable
Experience with Building Automation systems (Siemens systems desirable)
Proficiency with computers, networks and third‑party software (e.g. Microsoft)
Experience with Building Automation / PLC / Process software programming
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer engagement and relationship skills
Electrical Licence (Open or Restricted)

Responsibilities

Review design specifications, drawings, schedules
Prepare/Review BMS scope review documents
Interpret BMS engineering and commissioning
Engage Subcontractors and vendors
Material procurement
Ongoing Project Reporting
Deliver the relevant system, network and server upgrades
Detail commissioning activities and reports
