Job summary

ITW Construction Asia Pacific is seeking a Builder & Strategic Partnerships Manager for Pryda to lead growth across Australia’s residential construction market from Ingleburn, NSW. You will manage a small team, build trusted relationships with top builders, and influence project specifications to adopt Pryda’s timber and construction solutions.

You will connect builders, Pryda, and our fabrication network, solving challenges and driving sustainable growth on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related commercial roles.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders in construction or residential housing sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate insights into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with major residential builders, developers and industry stakeholders.
• Create and execute account plans to increase specification and adoption of Pryda solutions.
• Engage senior decision-makers across construction, procurement, design, estimating and operations.
• Partner with Pryda's fabrication network to identify and convert opportunities for mutual growth.
• Provide market intelligence on industry trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and channel partners to drive growth and outcomes.
