Job summary

HSA Finance Partners on the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra) is seeking a motivated Broker Support Officer to join our team. You’ll work directly with the Director across loan processing, client support and day-to-day operations.

This role suits someone with residential lending or broker support experience who wants to move into commercial and asset finance. Training will be provided; you’ll bring attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing, broker support or banking.
• Residential lending experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications from submission through to settlement.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors and accountants.
• Follow up outstanding documents and requirements.
• Manage CRM and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate inbox and diary.
• Prepare lender submissions and supporting documents.
• Contribute to improving systems and workflows.

HSA Finance is growing and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

Following the recent acquisition of Better Business Finance on the Sunshine Coast, we're looking for a motivated and organised Broker Support Officer to join the team. You'll work directly alongside the Director in a hands-on role covering loan processing, client support and day to day business operations.

This role is a great fit for someone with residential lending or broker support experience who wants to move into commercial, business and asset finance. Experience in business lending is a bonus but not essential. We're happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.

About the Role

You'll be across loan processing, client communication, lender submissions and general business support. A typical week will include:

• Managing loan applications from submission through to settlement
• Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and accountants
• Following up outstanding documents and application requirements
• CRM and pipeline management
• Inbox and diary coordination
• Preparing lender submissions and supporting documentation
• Helping improve systems, processes and workflow

What We're Looking For

• Home loan experience preferred
