Job summary

Girraphic, a Melbourne-based branch of the global studio, is seeking a Business & Project Coordinator to join our team. You will work across commercial, creative, technical and delivery sides, coordinating activity, connecting teams and supporting a range of projects and initiatives.

The role is full-time and based in our Melbourne office, with occasional non-traditional hours and travel depending on project requirements.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who follows through on commitments.
• Experience in project coordination, business administration, operations or similar.
• Exposure to creative, production, technology, media or live events.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination support to the Client Relations & Business Development Manager across projects and wider business activity.
• Track project actions, deadlines and deliverables, following up where needed.
• Liaise with Project Management, Creative, Technical and operational teams to support effective collaboration.
• Assist with project planning, resourcing, scheduling and logistics.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, trackers and other business documentation.
• Support proposals, tenders, client activity and business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, accessible project and business records.
• Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities as you get to know the business.
• Provide practical support to the wider team as business needs evolve.
