Job summary

Health Focus Manufacturers is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Brisbane Northside. You will lead daily inbound goods activities, oversee stock control, and drive the rollout of a new MRP system across warehouse processes. Collaboration with Production, Quality and Supply Chain is essential.

You will mentor and develop a team, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy on the floor. This is a growth-focused role with real hands-on impact across operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems or system implementations.
• Passion for improving warehouse processes from receiving to stock control.
• Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and safety compliance.
• Experience with inbound goods, inventory control and quarantine processes.
• Commitment to workplace safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inwards goods activities and supervising receiving and stock movement.
• Ensure deliveries are checked and receipted within lead times.
• Maintain inventory control including quarantine, traceability and cycle counts.
• Coordinate picking and staging to meet production needs.
• Lead rollout of new MRP system across warehouse processes.
• Onboard, train and develop warehouse team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and communicate risks.
