Job summary

FMS Field Mining Services Group in Brisbane is seeking a Projects Engineer / Contracts Coordinator to support PrimeBatch's expanding operations. You will engage with operations, suppliers and customers to coordinate projects, ensuring contractual requirements, milestones and client expectations are met.

You will develop skills across project planning, contract administration, procurement and commercial management, with opportunities to progress into a Project Manager role as you gain experience

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering or related field is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Australia to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from handover to commissioning and close-out.
• Prepare and administer project contracts and correspondence.
• Review contracts, scopes of work and commercial requirements.
• Monitor schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Support variations, progress claims and invoicing.
• Assist with cost tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate procurement activities and supplier communications.
• Maintain project records and documentation control.
