Maison Fleur Floral Design Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to lead multiple Brisbane locations, drive sales performance, and uphold premium customer service standards. You will manage inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and budgets while supervising retail staff and coordinating online orders with floral production teams.

The role offers a full-time, permanent position with 38 hours per week, a focus on profitability, brand consistency, and exceptional shopper

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in retail management, including staff supervision.
• AQF Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree in Retail Management or related field, or overseas equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a premium-brand service mindset.
• Experience with budgeting, stock control and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control daily retail operations across Brisbane locations.
• Develop sales strategies and promotional activities to meet targets.
• Manage stock levels, purchasing and pricing in line with demand.
• Supervise staff, rostering and performance reviews.
• Coordinate online orders with floral production teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and consumer laws.
