Job summary

Global Retail Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Brisbane DFO House store. You will lead the floor, coach a dynamic team, and drive exceptional customer experiences while supporting stock and visual merchandising.

You’ll operate on a fortnighly rotating roster, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed to ensure smooth store operations and sales growth in a high-volume retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)
• Strong customer focus and commercially minded
• Ability to coach and motivate a team
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments
• Ownership and leadership on floor

Responsibilities
