Job summary

Spotlight is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Brisbane Southern Suburbs store as part of our growing Senior Leadership team. The role focuses on people management, delivering exceptional customer service, sales growth, and KPI targets, with responsibilities spanning catalogue launches, visual merchandising, and stock control.

You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving store standards, and developing reporting on sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Time management & multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your store.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full employee life cycle
