AECOM is seeking a Director-level Manager to lead the Queensland Energy market from our Brisbane office. You will drive the local team across generation, storage, transmission, distribution and substation projects, while expanding client relationships and shaping team culture.

You will apply your leadership, technical, and delivery expertise to empower a high-performing, multi-disciplinary energy advisory and engineering group across Australia and New Zealand.

• Experience building positive relationships with local Queensland and Brisbane Energy clients, with a strong affiliation to the local market.
• Proven leadership abilities, delivering multi-disciplinary energy projects and mentoring teams.
• Excellent time management and client-focused collaboration across geographies.
