Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant for Bridgeman Downs display centre in Brisbane. This full-time role offers $300K+ OTE with uncapped commissions and strong marketing support.

Represent Clarendon Homes, manage the full customer journey from enquiry to signed contract, and work with greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers to deliver a premium sales experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential new home sales.
• Knockdown rebuild sales experience is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of the Brisbane market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarendon Homes at Bridgeman Downs display centre.
• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract.
• Work with both greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience.
• Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment.
