Job summary

Universal Cranes is seeking experienced Intermediate Riggers and Operators to join their Project & Heavy Lift Team based in Brisbane. You will work with a diverse fleet of crawler cranes across sites along the east coast, broadening your experience while ensuring safety and efficiency on every site.

The role requires at least 5 years in rigging/operating crawler cranes, holding relevant licences, and a willingness to work irregular hours with required travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ demonstrated experience rigging/operating crawler cranes.
• Relevant licences/tickets: RI, DG, EWP, Forklift, Working at Heights, Open Crane.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Availability for irregular hours and weekend work as expected in crane industry.
• Willingness to travel/stay away for short durations to assemble/disassemble crawler cranes.
• Demonstrated teamwork and professional on-site communication.
