Job summary

Increw Group Solutions is seeking experienced Crane Operators and Riggers for ongoing shutdown, maintenance and ad hoc work across Central Queensland mine sites. You will join a safety-focused team with robust on-site support and a variety of roster options.

Candidates should have relevant crane operating and/or rigging experience, current licences and tickets, and mining experience. Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 are preferred. Accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Safely and efficiently operate cranes during shutdown and routine maintenance activities.
• Set up, assemble and dismantle rigging equipment in accordance with site requirements and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project timelines and maintain a strong safety focus.
• Participate in site inductions and comply with all site-specific procedures and protocols.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, housekeeping and professionalism at all times.

Flexibility with roster options to suit your lifestyle is available, including 5/2 Monday to Friday, 8/6, 10/5, 7/7, and 19/9 patterns, providing the ability to select a roster that best fits your needs.

About You

We are looking for experienced, safety-focused Crane Operators and Riggers with experience in the mining sectors.

To be successful, you will have:

• Relevant crane operating and/or rigging experience
• Current and relevant licences, tickets and competencies
• Previous mining experience.
• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 required
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work across shutdowns, maintenance and ad hoc projects
• A professional attitude and strong work ethic
• 12 months mine site experience preferred but not essential
