Job summary

Increw Group Solutions is seeking experienced Crane Operators and Riggers for ongoing shutdown, maintenance and ad hoc work across Central Queensland mine sites. You will join a safety-focused team with robust on-site support and a variety of roster options.

Candidates should have relevant crane operating and/or rigging experience, current licences and tickets, and mining experience. Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 are preferred. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant crane operating and/or rigging experience.
• Current licences, tickets and competencies are required.
• Previous mining experience is preferred.
• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cranes during shutdown and maintenance activities.
• Set up, assemble and dismantle rigging equipment per site procedures.
• Collaborate with site teams to meet project timelines with safety focus.
• Participate in site inductions and follow site-specific procedures.
• Maintain high safety, housekeeping and professional standards.
