Cummins Inc. in Scoresby near Melbourne is offering a 13‑month Undergraduate Human Resources Internship for an HR student. The role covers HR Operations with exposure to generalist processes, contracts, analytics and HRIS systems while supporting daily HR activities.

The successful candidate will defer their studies for the duration, gain practical experience across the HR function and be paid for the placement, with on-site work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Have between 1 and 8 units left to complete as of January 2027.
• Available for the full 13 months and willing to defer studies for that duration.

Responsabilités

• Learn HR fundamentals within the employee lifecycle and policy interpretation.
• Assist with employment contracts and HR administrative tasks.
• Support reporting and analytics in HR operations.
• Help with processes, policies and HR systems support.
• Provide guidance to internal customers and employees on daily HR activities.
