Job summary

Cummins offers a 13-month Undergraduate Corporate Responsibility Internship based at the Carole Park office in Australia. You will support the Asia Pacific Corporate Responsibility Leader in executing the CSR strategy while gaining practical experience and deferring your studies for the duration.

You will develop training materials, track regional data for scorecards, and administer the MyCommunity Database.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a BA, majoring in Sociology or Human Resources
• Between 1 and 8 units left to complete as of January 2027
• Available for the full 13 months and able to defer studies for that duration

Responsibilities

• Developing and drafting training materials and conducting training sessions for new CR processes in the region
• Assisting in tracking regional data for project scorecards on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Administering the MyCommunity Database and local CSR partnership programs
• Conducting research and investigation projects into specific areas of CSR
• Providing support to Asia Pacific CR leadership Champions
