Job summary

Hub Property Group in Brisbane is seeking a driven Project Manager to join our team, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio across multi-residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with senior leadership support.

You will manage the full lifecycle from consultant appointments through authority approvals and construction delivery, liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ client-side project management experience in construction/property development.
• Strong organisational and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience across design, contract administration and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across multi-residential, private luxury residential, mixed-use, senior living, commercial and more.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: consultant appointments, town planning, design coordination, authority approvals, feasibility analysis and construction delivery.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support professional development within a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
