Job summary

Hub Property Group in Brisbane is seeking a driven Project Manager to join our team, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio across multi-residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with senior leadership support.

You will manage the full lifecycle from consultant appointments through authority approvals and construction delivery, liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ client-side project management experience in construction/property development.
• Strong organisational and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience across design, contract administration and project delivery.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a driven and capable Project Manager to join our Brisbane team.

THE ROLE

With the support of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects across multi-residential, private luxury residential, mixed-use, senior living, commercial, industrial, and more. Drawing on your existing and proven expertise as a client-side Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including consultant appointments, town planning, design coordination, authority approvals, sales and marketing interface, feasibility analysis, and construction delivery. You may also be involved in project due diligence and site assessments for potential new developments. This is a client facing role where your ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be key to success. You’ll be actively supported in your professional development, with real opportunities to progress your career in a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant ‘client-side’ project management experience within the construction and property development industry
