Search4 seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for Brisbane-based luxury apartment developments on a $150M new build project. You will guide design from inception through completion and lead a capable team on a multi-staged venture with a repeat client.

Relocation assistance and an attractive salary package are offered, with future opportunities on the company's own developments, ECI and D&C projects in Queensland.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a PM or SPM.
• Must have experience and a passion for luxury apartment projects.
• Strong expertise in managing projects of $80M+ value.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• A real motivation to relocate to Queensland.
